It is with great enthusiasm and anticipation that we welcome you to the evaluation step of the Legendary Leadership Accreditation process. This pivotal stage marks the beginning of a transformative journey aimed at elevating your organization to legendary status within the hospitality industry.

The evaluation at your facility is a mandatory and integral step, designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of your team's leadership capabilities. Depending on the number of employees, this process will span from 3 to 12 days, during which our expert mentors will diligently assess your staff based on the 12 Pillars of Realizational Leadership. This thorough evaluation will determine both the individual and collective leadership levels present within your organization.

Upon completion of the assessment, you will receive a detailed report outlining each employee's leadership level, alongside a tailored training plan designed to guide your organization toward achieving Legend Status and accreditation. This plan also includes an annual supervision and maintenance schedule to ensure sustained excellence. The accreditation process is strategically structured across three levels, which are not necessarily sequential, allowing for a highly personalized progression based on your team's unique needs and potential.

At Legendary, we uphold the highest standards of Achieving Leadership and maintain a steadfast commitment to excellence. We reject mediocrity, ensuring that your organization stands as a beacon of outstanding leadership and operational excellence.

Please note, the cost for this comprehensive assessment is set at €20,000 for every fifty employees involved, with scaled pricing applicable as outlined. We ask that your facility kindly provide accommodation, meals for our mentors, and meet their travel requirements, including round-trip Business class tickets and a large meeting room to conduct the assessment.

After the evaluation, you possess the freedom to review our proposed training plan and decide whether to proceed with the accreditation process without any obligation. Should you choose to continue, we will formalize the arrangement with an official letter of assignment, which will need to be signed and returned with a 50% deposit of the agreed fee.

Due to the bespoke nature of our program, Legendary accepts only two new assignments annually, and thus, we encourage early confirmation to secure your place.
